The use of a Roadeyes device (whether purchased on-line or from a retailer) requires the the downloading of the Roadeye application.

When you create a Roadeyes client account, you transmit to us data regarding your last name, first name, email address, billing address, delivery address, your telephone number and credit card details.
When you create a user account on the Roadeyes application, you transmit to us data regarding your your last name, first name and email address.
When you download or use the Roadeyes application, information concerning your device are collected, such as device model, IP address, MAC address, IMEI number. Your login, password (ciphered only) and information about your location are also collected.
